WHAT TO EXPECT:  This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up.  We have three blocks ranging in time between 11 and 13 minutes.  Each block there will be challenging upper body/core stabilization exercises and isolated single leg exercises.  There is cardio to end each round, with decreasing time.  We finish hard with a combination core and cardio block!
