WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 4 ten minute blocks. The first 2 blocks we will make our way through 3 rounds and then put each exercise together for a 4th round as one set. We are working total body with some low impact cardio to increase your heart rate and calorie burn!
