WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are alternating between arm and leg blocks, but not without a 2 minute “multi-jack” cardio block. Each block will range in time between 7-9 minutes. We are focusing on shoulders/bicep/tricep and hips/glutes for legs. Make sure you have your mini bands ready!!!
